Ms. Larkins is a Gadsden County native and serves as a Guidance Counselor at Havana Magnet School. She supports students in their academic, social, emotional, and personal development while collaborating with students, families, teachers, and school staff to promote student success.
Ms. Larkins holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work from Florida A&M University. Her professional experience includes social services, behavioral health, disability services, case management, and providing outpatient therapy services. These experiences have allowed her to work with individuals and families in a variety of settings.
Ms. Larkins is committed to providing students with guidance and support as they navigate school, develop their strengths, and work toward their goals.

Dee Evans, MSW, is a dedicated School Social Worker committed to supporting students, families, and school communities. She currently serves in the ESE Department at Havana Magnet School, where she provides social-emotional, behavioral, and family support. Dee holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida A&M University and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University. She is passionate about advocacy, empowerment, and helping students reach their full potential.
